Exhibit Application

Deadline is MARCH 25, 2020

  • Be sure to click SUBMIT at the end of this application. You will receive an automatic email indicating your application was submitted.
  • Applications are subject to the approval of the Network Summit Committee.
  • Approval of this exhibit is limited to the purpose and content listed herein. No other promotions may be added to this exhibit.
  • Submit application and fee by March 25, 2020. 
  • Exhibit approvals are based on the appropriateness for the AG Network Summit (annual meeting) and space availability. Unfortunately, we have limited space for exhibits.
  • You will receive an email no later than April 6, 2020, stating whether your application has been accepted by the Network Summit Committee. 
  • In the event your application is denied you will receive a full refund.
  •  If approved, your exhibit space will be ready for setup by 6 pm on Sunday, April 26 or 7 am on Monday, April 27. The exhibit hall opens at 8:00 am Monday.
  •  Exhibit displays must remain until exhibit hall closes at 2 pm on Tuesday, April 28.  Early removal diminishes the appeal of the exhibit area.

To encourage visits to the exhibit area, we will hold drawings with exhibit visit cards again this year. These items will be on display at the prize table with your gift card giving the name of your ministry area and description of the item.
